Client Briefing:
To create a user-friendly, informative, and professional website for a Clinical Psychologist. The website should be designed to provide potential and existing patients with easy access to essential information about the psychologist’s services, location, and appointment booking process.
Pain Points:
Without a website, potential clients may have struggled to find up-to-date information about the psychologist's business, their location and contact details.

In today's digital age, many potential clients turn to the internet to find mental health professionals. Without a website, the psychologist may be missing out on a significant number of potential clients who are actively seeking help online.

Blake is a successful professional in his career and is a Dad to a 3 year old. He is wanting to find details on the Clinical Psychologist he has a referral with before his visit. Blake is looking at having the psychologist help him manage his anxiety.

Competitor Analysis:
The majority of psychologists do not offer online booking systems. They either have contact forms or phone numbers. This is so that the psychologist can contact the client before making a booking to ensure they are able to meet their needs in regards to required treatments and therapies for their condition and that they have availability given how urgent their condition is.

Most psychologists maintain a basic website presence, typically including a profile picture and an "About Us" page detailing their qualifications and experience.
​
Few have readily accessible links to external support resources, crisis hotlines, or related mental health organisations.
